UAENRE organises its Annual Conference in May every year, which bring together individual participants, international researchers scholars, economists and students to exchange and debate partinent topics in environmental and natural resource economics  to enhance economic exploration, research, analysis and collaboration. The Conference is held in Ugandan disticts depending on the resolution of the Executive committee.

The Conference include keynote speeches and practical lectures,  policy panels, paper presentations, discussions and round tables, content exhibition of environmental economic issues, and existing and emerging job market where universities, public and private institutes and corporations consider  environmental and natural resource economists for employment.

 Researchers, including those who are not currently members of the UAENRE, are invited to submit papers for presentation at the Annual Conferences as long as they enhnace the development and promotion of  environmental, climate and natural resource economics.
